The Coupler Mounted 15K Lb Capacity Lifting Hook is used on various JLG and SkyTrak telehandlers. The lifting hook attachment has a lift capacity rating of 15,000 Lbs and attaches directly to the machine without the need of a carriage or forks. For use JLG models: 742, 943, 1043, 1055, 1255, G5-18A and SkyTrak models: 6036, 6042, 8042, 10042, 10054, 12054. Please verify the proper serial number rangefor your machine.
