This 90" fork extension is designed specifically to be used with, and requires, JLG fork part number 1001092391 or JLG fork part number 2340039; both of which are common design carriages that utilize a 2.25" diameter fork pin. The standard load charts for the applicable carriage will apply when using fork extensions. Note: Part number is for one extension. If a pair is needed, please order a quantity of 2.
